Experience * Experience working with MS Office, especially Excel (essential). * Experience handling and manipulating data across systems accurately. * Experience using pensions administration systems (e.g. Altair or similar) (desirable). * Experience working with HR or payroll systems (desirable). * Basic understanding of Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) (desirable). * Experience working in a data processing, finance, or administration environment (desirable). Skills & Knowledge * Strong IT skills, especially Excel and data management tools. * Good attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy. * Understanding of quality assurance principles. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to follow procedures and work within regulatory guidelines. * Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to manage varied workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
