## About the Role

* B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
 * 1-3 years of software development experience.
 * Proficiency in Python and in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 * Working familiarity with Git and collaborative version control.
 * Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
 * Familiarity with agile development practices.
 * Ability to document workflows and translate non-technical business processes into automated software products.
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills, including with non-technical professionals.
 * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
 * Ability to work independently and to collaborate as part of a team.
 * Ability to travel occasionally to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Full-stack application development.
 * Rust, Tauri, Docker, Linux system administration, or distributed application development.
 * Automating business processes with Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or code (Python, VBA).
 * Experience in a professional service industry (Legal, Finance, Medical…) documenting workflows and utilizing technology to solve problems.

## Description

* Work with clients to develop custom applications and systems that meet real business needs.
 * Transform the unstructured workflows of highly skilled professionals into repeatable, automatable sets of instructions.
 * Develop and test features for ClearOffice Hub, our flagship enterprise automation platform.
 * Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software products already running in production.
 * Write user-facing documentation and train client staff on new tools.
 * Integrate LLMs and AI-powered tools into client workflows.
