## Description

Columbia Technology Partners is seeking a System Administrator 2 to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems across enterprise environments.
This role emphasizes mission operations sustainment, including advanced troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintaining reliable performance across Linux-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will support escalated issues, manage system stability, and contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements., * Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for IT systems

 * Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
 * Manage day-to-day system operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and updates
 * Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Linux operating systems (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, Ubuntu)
 * Support OS installation, file systems, TCP/IP networking, and software lifecycle activities
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and infrastructure issues across mission environments
 * Utilize automation and configuration management tools (Salt, Ansible)
 * Monitor systems using tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
 * Collaborate using Jira, Confluence, Git, and Slurm for workload and system management
