Highly desirable * Experience with EC Payroll integration. * Experience with Onboarding 2.0. * Experience with Joule and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). * Vendor management experience. * Experience working within Agile delivery environments and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). * SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. * SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification. ## Description As part of our continued investment in HR technology, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Platform to lead the strategy, governance, optimization, and day-to-day management of our global Core HR platform. The Opportunity This is a highly visible leadership role within our Global HRIS organisation, responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central platform supporting employees across more than 40 countries. You'll lead a globally distributed team while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure our SuccessFactors landscape remains scalable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. We're looking for someone who combines deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise with strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
