Preferred: * Hands-on experience configuring or troubleshooting GA4 and GTM. * Experience with product analytics, customer journey measurement, or digital product instrumentation. * Familiarity with consent management and privacy requirements. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery-management tools. * Familiarity with BI platforms, experimentation, or broader marketing technology ecosystems. ## Description * We are seeking a Digital Analytics Project Manager to lead complex analytics initiatives spanning product measurement, GA4, GTM, and digital instrumentation. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans and dependencies, and ensure analytics requirements move efficiently from discovery through implementation., Project & Program Management: * Own project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting across analytics initiatives. * Coordinate work across product, business, engineering, QA, analytics, and other stakeholders. * Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder checkpoints. * Manage analytics backlogs and help prioritize work based on business value, effort, and dependencies. * Maintain clear documentation of decisions, actions, requirements, and implementation status. GA4 & Measurement Delivery: * Support the definition and implementation of GA4 measurement requirements across digital experiences. * Translate business and product needs into actionable tracking requirements and implementation plans. * Coordinate GTM, data layer, and event instrumentation work with developers and analytics resources. * Review tracking plans, event taxonomies, and measurement specifications for completeness and consistency. * Support QA and validation of GA4 and GTM implementations and help drive resolution of measurement gaps. Analytics Governance: * Help establish repeatable processes for requesting, reviewing, implementing, and maintaining analytics requirements. * Ensure measurement work aligns with established naming conventions, governance standards, and documentation practices. * Track implementation risks, technical constraints, privacy considerations, and cross-team dependencies. * Promote consistency in analytics delivery across multiple products or applications. Stakeholder Collaboration: * Serve as a primary point of coordination between business, product, analytics, and technical teams. * Communicate project status, risks, recommendations, and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. * Escalate blockers and drive stakeholder alignment when competing priorities or dependencies arise. * Build strong working relationships across client and delivery teams.
