## About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to support application modernization initiatives within Workplace Solutions technology organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements analysis, business process documentation, application assessment, and Agile delivery methodologies.

## Description

* Perform detailed analysis of existing WebSphere-based applications, integrations, business processes, and technical dependencies.
 * Evaluate current-state systems and support modernization planning efforts.
 * Gather, document, validate, and prioritize:
 + Business requirements
 + Functional requirements
 + Technical requirements
 * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment.

Application Modernization

 * Create and maintain:
 + Current-state process flows
 + Future-state process flows
 + Application inventories
 + Technical specifications
 + Gap analyses
 + Dependency assessments
 * Conduct application impact assessments.
 * Identify:
 + Migration risks
 + Assumptions
 + Dependencies
 + Modernization opportunities

Requirements Management

 * Translate business requirements into:
 + User stories
 + Acceptance criteria
 + Technical specifications
 + Implementation-ready requirements
 * Ensure requirements are clearly documented and understood by delivery teams.

Program & Delivery Support

 * Support modernization programs through:
 + Release planning
 + Backlog management
 + Documentation governance
 + Change management
 * Partner with development and quality engineering teams to validate delivered functionality and clarify requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

 * Facilitate:
 + Requirements workshops
 + Stakeholder discussions
 + Design walkthroughs
