This is a Director-level individual contributor position responsible for designing and governing enterprise-scale technology solutions supporting Financial Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Financial Crimes, and Regulatory Compliance functions. The successful candidate will lead solution architecture across complex business domains while partnering closely with engineering, data, product, security, architecture, and business stakeholders. The role will play a key part in enterprise modernization initiatives, including cloud transformation, distributed systems, platform engineering, and Generative AI adoption., Enterprise Solution Architecture * Design secure, scalable, enterprise-level solution architectures. * Define architectural blueprints, technology strategies, and implementation roadmaps. * Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices. * Ensure enterprise platforms are scalable, maintainable, resilient, and secure. * Provide architectural governance across complex technology programs. Cloud and Modern Engineering * Architect cloud-native enterprise solutions. * Lead modernization initiatives across distributed enterprise systems. * Drive API-first and microservices-based architecture strategies. * Support enterprise platform engineering and DevOps initiatives. * Contribute to enterprise AI and Generative AI strategies and implementations.
