This role is accountable for scalable design, extensibility, integrations, automation, reporting enablement, AI adoption, and remediation of technical debt. You will assess the Fusion landscape, identify design gaps and underutilized capabilities, define improvement roadmaps, and lead hands-on implementation while ensuring upgrade readiness, performance, and audit compliance. In addition to direct technical contribution, you will lead the engineering team, enforce code and configuration governance, and drive predictable, high-quality delivery across Fusion and related integrations., * Own domain-level Oracle Fusion technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and Procurement modules, including configuration standards, extension strategy, and integration governance. * Define and enforce design standards, guardrails, and best practices * Assess platform health, identify technical debt, and drive remediation plans * Design and implement extensions, workflows, security models, and master data governance * Eliminate fragile or unsupported customizations.
