Preferred Qualifications * Experience with modern data platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Knowledge of Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM). * Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. Work Arrangement: Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home. ## Description Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and BI teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating needs into reporting and analytics solutions. The role facilitates workshops, collaborates with developers and data engineers, reviews dashboards, promotes standardized reporting, and supports scalable BI delivery across multiple business functions., The Business Intelligence (BI) Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and the IT Business Intelligence team. This role is responsible for understanding business processes, translating business needs into clear functional and reporting requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions, and supporting successful delivery of BI initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytical thinking and a solid understanding of data, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.
