Do you have experience in Payroll?, * Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or FM environment

 * Strong organisational and multitasking skills
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 * Confident using CAFM systems or similar (preferred but not essential)
 * A team player with a proactive and positive attitude

## Description

As a key part of the service delivery team, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and engineers, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high service standards and supporting smooth day-to-day operations., * Managing incoming service requests via phone, email, and system portals

 * Logging, updating, and tracking jobs through to completion
 * Coordinating engineers and subcontractors to meet SLAs
 * Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely resolution
 * Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
 * Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
