 * Solid front-end development skills with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
 * Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, or DB2
 * Experience supporting or administering Linux-based environments
 * Familiarity with software design patterns and modern engineering best practices
 * Experience with enterprise application platforms such as IBM WebSphere is preferred
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain applications across both the front-end and back-end
 * Modernize and enhance existing applications and legacy codebases
 * Build and support RESTful APIs and integrations
 * Develop scalable, high-performance web applications with a strong focus on usability and reliability
 * Work with relational databases to design, optimize, and maintain data structures and queries
 * Support and maintain application and server environments
 * Implement security best practices related to authentication, authorization, and data protection
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
 * Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for ongoing platform improvements
