The ideal candidate is resourceful, technically strong, and comfortable working independently in a manufacturing environment., * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of combined systems and network administration experience. * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Active Directory. * Experience with Cisco networking equipment and firewalls. * Extensive experience with VMware and VXrail (Dell). * Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, and network security best practices. * Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements: * Ability to occasionally move IT equipment up to 30 lbs. using a cart. * Comfortable performing hands-on technical work in office and plant environments. Preferred: * CCNA certification. * Experience with CUCM, SAN storage, SAP/Oracle. * Microsoft certifications (MCSE or equivalent).
