 * Epic Willow IP certification required
 * Willow Inventory certification preferred
 * Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician background preferred, but not required
 * Strong experience with application configuration, build, testing, implementation, and optimization
 * Ability to analyze complex system issues and identify root causes
 * Experience designing and optimizing clinical workflows
 * Experience supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues
 * Ability to work independently on complex projects and initiatives
 * Strong communication and documentation skills
 * Ability to collaborate with clinical users, IT teams, and vendors
 * Comfortable mentoring team members and serving as a project lead
 * Participation in an on-call rotation may be required, * Epic build: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Epic Willow IP certification (Required)
