This varied role will involve installing and upgrading systems at customer sites, delivering comprehensive end-user training, and providing ongoing support through our established helpdesk service. The successful candidate will have a strong IT background, a keen interest in bespoke software solutions, and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, including in challenging environments. The ideal candidate will be patient, personable, and engaging, with the ability to quickly build rapport, assess understanding, and tailor communication during helpdesk enquiries and training sessions. Training is typically delivered one-to-one and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. You will also need the stamina and enthusiasm to deliver multiple sessions in a day while maintaining a consistently high standard throughout. A full UK manual driving licence is essential due to extensive nationwide travel and overnight stays when required.
