This role will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to translate operational needs and high-level concepts into well-defined, achievable, and verifiable system requirements. The Systems Engineer will analyze system requirements, develop system architectures and design solutions, and guide integration and implementation activities. Responsibilities will include deriving lower-level requirements from higher-level requirements, defining system and component interfaces, evaluating alternative system concepts, and ensuring requirements remain complete, accurate, traceable, and technically feasible. This individual will also contribute to system engineering plans, requirements specifications, interface control documentation, system design documentation, integration and test plans, and other technical documentation. The Engineer will support design reviews, test activities, configuration management, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination throughout the system lifecycle.
