Preferred Education and Experience: * Experience in clinical research, oncology, life sciences, or a regulated healthcare environment preferred. * Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or equivalent certification preferred. * Six Sigma Yellow Belt or other process improvement certification preferred. Physical and Travel Requirements * Approximately 80% of time is spent sitting. * Very fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare environment. * Demanding deadlines and time frames. * Constant demand for updating knowledge. ## Description The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for delivering technology products and enterprise implementations across START's clinical research operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Relationship and Delivery, this role manages the requirements, planning, and execution of assigned product initiatives from inception through go-live. The Product Manager engages directly with clinical, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather and document requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate delivery teams, and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within scope, and deliver intended value.
