 * Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO, CMMC, etc.)
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics skills
 * Experience supporting IT audits, controls, or compliance programs
 * Background in IT operations, systems analysis, or IT business management

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to support the IT Integration Office (ITIO). This role focuses on IT governance, operational integration, process standardization, metrics, and data-driven reporting across the IT organization., * Lead IT governance and integration initiatives aligned to organizational strategy and IT standards.

 * Translate leadership objectives into executable IT plans, metrics, and governance controls.
 * Define, map, and document IT processes, workflows, and supporting data sets.
 * Design and implement standardized IT processes to enable repeatable health assessments, reporting, and performance tracking.
 * Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure integrated governance and consistent data definitions.
 * Support IT operational ("homeroom") processes to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
 * Drive IT compliance initiatives, including audit readiness, benchmarking, reconciliations, and risk mitigation.
 * Oversee IT vendor relationships and software contracts, including license tracking, renewals, utilization monitoring, and compliance.
 * Support special IT initiatives related to system integration, operational improvement, and cost optimization.
