Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, market data, or other laws. ## Description We are seeking a highly motivated Data Center Lead Technician to lead the successful delivery of data center infrastructure projects across enterprise, hyperscale, and colocation environments. As the primary owner for implementation activities, you will oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and operational handover of critical infrastructuredeployments, ranging from new data center builds and capacity expansions to hardware refreshes, migrations, and technology rollouts. This role requires a strong blend of project leadership, technical understanding, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, logistics, supply chain, facilities, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
