Ability to problem solve and effectively communicate, both verbal and in writing, with stakeholders. This includes resolving issues related to audit and controls analysis, continuous auditing, continuous monitoring, data access and analysis, and reporting * Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills given the fast pace of technology and technology adoption * Proven project management abilities, including personal time management and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team to achieve objectives and deliver results. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing team performance and providing constructive feedback. * Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, or statistical expertise * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce and deliver formal presentations * Prior experience effectively leading others, including influencing, negotiating, and communicating with both internal and external customers ## Description The Johnson & Johnson Global Audit & Assurance (GAA) organization is seeking a Lead Digital Analyst as part of our Digital Analytics and Automation team.
