This individual will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the design and execution of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration. This role combines strong design sensibility with project management, coordination, and client communication responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects while contributing creatively to design solutions., · Lead the design and technical development of complex landscape architecture projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule. · Manage and direct multidisciplinary project teams, including coordinating with client ownership, architects, civil engineers, and other consultants. · Develop high-quality construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates, performing quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and local codes. · Conduct site analyses, perform construction observations, and resolve field issues (RFIs) during the construction phase. · Engage directly with clients, governmental agencies, and public interest groups, including preparing and conducting presentations to secure project approvals and foster strong relationships. · Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced team members, supporting their professional development. · Contribute to business development by assisting in the preparation of proposals for services, supporting company marketing efforts, and maintaining client relationships.
