The successful candidate will have strong experience working with SAP ECC data, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and project teams., * Strong hands-on experience working with SAP ECC data. * Proven experience in data analysis and data migration projects within ERP transformation programs. * Knowledge of employee, people, and commercial data structures within SAP ECC. * Experience with: Data profiling, Data mapping, Data transformation. Data validation and reconciliation, Data quality management * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Experience using SQL or similar data analysis and querying tools. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Desirable * Experience supporting ERP migration projects to modern ERP platforms. * Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks. * Experience with ETL, reporting, or data migration tools. * Familiarity with testing methodologies and migration lifecycle activities.
