## About the Role

* Experience of working as a Product Owner, ideally
 * Experience of defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, running A/B tests and making data oriented decisions
 * Understanding of eCommerce front ends and the interfaces with backend information systems
 * Vodafone is a large matrix organisation so stakeholder management across the organisation will be a key requirement of the role
 * Analytical skills to measure impact, identify trends and create strong hypothesis to test
 * Experience delivering high quality customer experiences
 * Strong presentation skills as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Supplier management and influencing skills

## Description

* Be a focal point of contact for the business for the defined product
 * Support the product manager in defining the product roadmap, evolving product KPIs and driving optimisation
 * Support the senior product owner in managing product feature prioritisation; ensuring stakeholders understand the compromises and constraints
 * Brief stakeholders on the capability roadmap, and associated deliverables, to ensure cross function alignment
 * Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory landscape to ensure the product remains a category leader.
 * Maintain and constantly optimise the end-to-end customer experience and back-log of ideas to drive value
 * Manage product user journey design, ensuring a high quality cross channel user experience
 * Help manage product launches, ensuring business readiness
