Desirable * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR Information Systems (HRIS). * Knowledge of employment compliance and onboarding best practices. * Experience supporting recruitment or HR teams. ## Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Onboarding Systems Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating onboarding processes through our HR and recruitment systems, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters while maintaining data accuracy and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and systems experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the employee lifecycle.
