Partner with production, purchasing, maintenance, and customer service to line up materials and resources. Monitor execution and rapidly re-plan to accommodate downtime, material gaps, or shifting priorities. Ensure ERP/MRP accuracy across work orders, BOMs, inventory transactions, and production data. Interrogate production metrics, inventory levels, and capacity to expose inefficiencies and drive improvement. Publish Excel-based reports that inform planning and operational decisions. Lead clear communication in daily production meetings to keep teams aligned.
