Preferred: * Experience in customer-facing engineering, professional services, or technical consulting roles. * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD systems, and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, etc.). * Knowledge of data platforms, ETL pipelines, or real-time analytics systems. * Experience working in regulated or secure environments (government, defense, critical infrastructure, healthcare, etc.). * Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear engineering requirements and executable solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). ## Description The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a customer-facing technical expert responsible for delivering mission-critical solutions directly within this customer's environments. This role blends software engineering, technical consulting, and hands-on problem solving. FDEs work closely with customers to understand their challenges, rapidly build and deploy tailored solutions, and ensure successful adoption of platform capabilities.
