## About the Role

We are hiring an IT Lab Support Technician with 1-2 years of experience supporting laboratory IT environments. This role combines help desk support with hands-on support of scientific workstations, laboratory instruments, and end users in a research setting., * Bachelor's Degree required.

 * 1-2 years of IT Lab Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Lab IT experience.
 * Experience supporting laboratory, scientific, research, healthcare, or biotech environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS (Linux preferred).
 * Experience supporting laboratory instruments and scientific software.

## Description

* Provide onsite IT support for scientists, researchers, and laboratory staff.
 * Troubleshoot and support Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
 * Support laboratory instruments and workstations, including HPLCs, SpectraMax, microscopes, and NGS platforms.
 * Install, configure, and maintain laboratory software and hardware.
 * Support applications such as Empower, QXManager, SoftMax Pro, JMP, and GraphPad.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
 * Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and user account administration.
 * Assist with data backup, asset management, and system documentation.
 * Train users on laboratory workstation and software best practices.
