## About the Role

* 7 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a Senior Analyst role.
 * Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
 * Experience analyzing legacy applications and leading requirements gathering for digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
 * Experience translating business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories.
 * Experience with large-scale project testing, including leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and prioritization abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.

## Description

* Document existing application requirements and verify all key functionality is retained during modernization.
 * Collaborate with business units to identify and recommend system improvements and new value-added features.
 * Translate business requirements into clear user stories and define acceptance criteria alongside product management.
 * Analyze technical approaches, including platform, architecture, and integration considerations, to support delivery teams.
 * Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to verify the accuracy of system changes.
 * Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts, while providing status updates to IT leadership and business sponsors.
