They are responsible for coordinating and readying material from suppliers, performing compliance screening as per Sinclair's guidelines and collaborating with the scheduling team to make sure content is formatted & ready for its available rights windows. This role requires an understanding of programming & post-production practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in the broadcast television environment., * Perform compliance checks on acquisitions for Growth Networks: + Screen upcoming films or series to confirm compliance reports from editing team. + Update compliance reports with additional edits based on severity of content. + Complete screenings and compliance in a timely manner to ensure content is edited in time for air. + Archive the reports, timesheets, and other materials in cloud repositories. * Create entries for film/TV properties on Growth Networks which includes: + Enter all metadata obtained from distributors/Gracenote: o Titles o Production year o Duration o Episode titles and descriptions o Ratings, etc. + Enter and update all contract data for film/TV acquisitions. + Create and maintain SASO ID/House numbers used by Traffic & Master Control. + Ensure all properties are accurate and adjust any discrepancies that arise. * Assist with research on licensed films and series to assist the content ingestion and compliance processes., Responsible for the management of the company's growing footprint of national TV networks in the OTA and FAST markets.
