 * Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience managing complex migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
 * Knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
 * Experience working within AWS and modern cloud environments.
 * Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.
 * Oracle Fusion experience (HCM, ERP, EPM).
 * Corporate systems, finance systems, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementation experience.
 * Experience in high-growth technology organizations.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs and platform initiatives.
 * Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communications, and execution across multiple teams.
 * Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, and Operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
 * Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, and progress updates.
 * Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and data-driven decision making.
 * Support agile planning and execution across quarterly and annual roadmaps.
 * Manage complex migrations, integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
