You will work day-to-day alongside product managers, project leads and developers - developing user knowledge, identifying platform needs, and designing low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. You will review developed products for design accuracy and conduct user testing of new features. You will own user experience as an area of practice within the team. That means being in the conversation early, pushing back when an idea goes against UX/UI best practices, and making human-centered design central to our product philosophy.
