 * Previous HR or payroll administration experience is desirable

## Description

* Provide end-to-end administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, exits)
 * Maintain and update employee records across HR and time & attendance systems
 * Manage and track global employee data, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
 * Prepare and check payroll data for monthly submission, including handling pay-related queries
 * Act as a first point of contact for HR and system-related queries (face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams)
 * Manage shared inboxes, trackers, and documentation
 * Support implementation and administration of a new HR system
 * Assist with data reporting, policy updates, projects, and team initiatives as priorities evolve
