Preferred Qualification: * Very strong executive-level leadership * Experience building teams and developing talent. * Able to work effectively across functional organizations at senior levels of management. * Strong problem-solving methodology. * Extremely proactive with a strategic mindset. * Effective communication skills ## Description As the VP, Test, Technology, and Operations, you will oversee a centralized engineering organization with a charter focused on enabling scalable, reliable, and cost-effective product execution from development through sustaining. This leader will drive test strategy, operational discipline, quality improvement, and cross-functional alignment across the full TTO Engineering scope. The ideal candidate brings acute leadership experience in test engineering, new product development, product and process quality, factory transfer execution, and global organizational leadership. This role requires a proactive, strategic leader who can maintain continuity through organizational transition, strengthen technical capability, and build an execution-focused culture across a distributed global team.
