If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and learn by doing, we'd love to hear from you. ## Description We're looking for a Service Desk Administrator to join our IT team and take on the in-office tasks that keep our systems running smoothly. You'll be assembling PCs, troubleshooting hardware, deploying patches, and supporting new joiners, all while learning the ropes of modern IT service delivery. At Our Future Health, our mission is to transform the prevention, detection and treatment of conditions such as dementia, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke. What you'll be doing * Supporting daily IT operations to ensure devices and systems run smoothly. * Preparing laptops and accounts for new starters and helping them onboard with ease. * Providing first-line support for issues with M365, Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and hardware. * Maintaining accurate records in Intune, Jamf, and our ITSM platform. * Assisting with updates and patching to keep devices secure and compliant. * Collaborating with the wider IT team to improve processes and enhance user experience.
