[Experience must be demonstrated on Resume.] * Provide day-to-day administration and operational support for servers, systems, and applications, including performance monitoring, patching, updates, and upgrades. * Configure, deploy, and maintain servers, virtual machines, and network storage systems; ensure backup, recovery, data security, and physical device security. * Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for servers, networks, and enterprise systems; assist with planning and implementation of major information systems. * Manage Active Directory and Intune: user and group management, device provisioning, configuration and compliance oversight, script development and deployment, and application packaging, deployment, and updates. * Conduct weekly MDM audits via JAMF to ensure device compliance; contact users and remediate non-compliant devices. * Support information security initiatives and conduct system audits, including HIPAA/HITECH compliance. * Manage user access controls, software licensing, printer systems, and ListServ email services (list creation, user management, permissions, role audits). * Serve as a technical consultant for infrastructure, security, mobile device management, and educational technologies. * Create and maintain technical documentation and liaise with Central IT (OIT), hospitals, and external partners.
