## Description

Our 10 year partner and key client are hiring a SQL Server Database Developer to join a growing IT Development team within a well-established, fast-scaling global logistics and e-commerce business named in the Sunday Times Top Track 250 companies.

This is a new role where you'll design, build, and optimise database solutions that power business-critical systems.

 * Develop and maintain high-quality T-SQL (procedures, views, functions, indexes)
 * Diagnose and fix performance issues using execution plans and query tuning
 * Optimise transactional systems, reporting, and integrations
 * Support structured database changes across Dev, Test, and Production
 * Work with release/CI processes to deliver safe, reliable deployments
 * Troubleshoot complex data and performance issues
 * Help improve database standards and practices
