8+ years of experience in enterprise application consulting, implementation, and support.Strong knowledge of NEC Housing or similar housing/property management solutions.Expertise in SQL, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and integration frameworks.Experience with Oracle ERP/Fusion, CRM platforms, and enterprise integrations.Strong business process analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities.Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.Define solution architecture, integration requirements, and data migration strategy.Configure NEC Housing modules to support business processes.Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.Configure interfaces with ERP, CRM, payment gateways, document management, and
