Working closely with a Scheme Management Officer, you will support residents living in temporary supported accommodation, supporting them to maintain independence, improve wellbeing and successfully transition into permanent housing. This role requires you to consistently apply a trauma-informed approach, recognising the impact of trauma and adapting your practice to promote safety, trust, and positive outcomes for residents. You will be responsible for safeguarding and risk management, resident engagement and providing day-to-day support to families with diverse and complex needs.
