As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are investing in digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and centralise business processes across all locations. The business is currently developing a centralised digital platform that will connect all restaurant branches and support future expansion. In addition, we are launching a new canteen operation at Coventry Bus Station, designed specifically to serve bus drivers and transport staff through a modern Order & Collect service. To support these strategic projects, we require a skilled Digital Product Designer (UI/UX & Web Designer) to lead the design and user experience of our digital products and customer-facing platforms. Main Purpose of the Role The Digital Product Designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and improving digital experiences across the company's websites, mobile applications, internal management systems, and customer ordering platforms. The role will play a key part in creating a unified digital ecosystem that supports all restaurant branches while delivering an efficient and engaging experience for customers, staff, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design user-centred interfaces for websites, mobile applications, kiosks, and internal business systems. Conduct user research and gather requirements from customers, restaurant managers, bus drivers, and operational teams. Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs. Design and optimise the Order & Collect application for the Coventry Bus Station canteen operation. Develop intuitive customer experiences that reduce ordering times and improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with software developers, management teams, and operational staff to ensure designs meet business objectives. Establish and maintain a consistent design system and brand guidelines across all digital platforms.
