## About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience and a successful track record of accomplishments in computer technical support which includes installing, repairing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software. This position requires travel locally. A thorough knowledge of all hardware components of printers, plotters, label printers and Windows operating systems is required. Be prepared to demonstrate technical knowledge. The candidate must be very detail oriented.

The position's primary responsibilities will include off-site system installations, repairs, trouble-shooting and providing remote support.

The winning candidate will understand the importance of a great attitude, initiative and communications skills., Qualified candidates should hold a high school diploma (some college courses preferred), have a minimum of 3 years experience, excellent communication skills, be energetic, upbeat and have a positive attitude

 * Excellent Windows PC skills.
 * Routers and Switches and Wireless Access Points
 * Hardware troubleshooting (all components)
 * Windows Server Plotter Repair HP, Canon
 * Need to know all aspects of IT solutions for a small business.
 * This job is on-site you will be on site 80% of the day.
 * You will be graded on efficiency and thoroughness
 * We are looking for highly motivated people (self starters)
 * People who can work with customers.
 * When on site we are looking for results and customer satisfaction.
 * Looking for a team player, someone we can work with and take direction.
 * Room for advancement and pay raise is great (depending on your performance), * High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 * IT Technical: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * Driver's License (Required)
