* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
 * 8+ years of D365 F&O/AX administration experience.
 * Strong experience with LCS, security, batch jobs, environment management, DMF, and release/patch management.
 * Production support and strong troubleshooting experience.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred: Azure administration, Azure DevOps/CI-CD, D365 Commerce/Retail/Supply Chain/Warehouse, Power Platform, and Microsoft D365/Azure certifications., * Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5 years (Required)

 * Security: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, AX, and Commerce environments.
 * Manage users, security roles, permissions, batch jobs, and environment configurations.
 * Monitor system performance, integrations, application health, and SLAs.
 * Manage LCS deployments, releases, patches, hotfixes, and environment refreshes.
 * Troubleshoot application, data, integration, and environment issues and perform RCA.
 * Support D365 integrations and data management using DMF, APIs, and Azure services.
 * Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
 * Support Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Key Vault, SQL, Storage, Service Bus, and Azure Monitor.
 * Collaborate with business users, developers, vendors, and technical teams.
