Experience in successfully coordinating and leading development efforts with onshore and offshore teams. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, including managing distributed teams effectively., * 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Java.

 * Deep expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
 * experience in successfully coordinating and leading development efforts with onshore and offshore teams.
 * Extensive experience with Kafka, including Kafka Connect.
 * Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
 * Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
 * Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating with various data sources.
 * Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB Or Amazon DocumentDB and caching solutions like Redis.
 * Strong understanding and experience with message brokers like Kafka.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Harness and monitoring/logging platforms like Splunk.
 * Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
 * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
 * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, including managing distributed teams effectively.
