Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a proven engineering leader who understands what it takes to build and lead teams in an early-stage, high-growth environment. The VP of Engineering will create clarity and accountability across the organization, develop and motivate a high-performing team, and ensure engineering priorities and execution are closely aligned with company objectives. We are an AI-forward engineering organization, and this leader will help ensure our team is effectively using modern AI tools and practices to improve how we build, solve problems, and deliver value to customers.
