This is a permanent position operating on a hybrid working model. In this role, you will work alongside experienced SAP data migration specialists, delivering complex SAP transformation programmes across the UK and internationally. You will utilise industry-leading transformation tools and methodologies to support large-scale SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA transformations. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to lead by example, engage directly with clients, and take ownership of project workstreams while mentoring junior consultants. Do you have? * SAP technical experience, including ABAP, LSMW and ETL technologies? * Experience working across multiple SAP ERP modules with a strong understanding of SAP data models? * At least 3 years of hands-on SAP data migration delivery experience across the full project lifecycle? * Proven experience leading workstreams or project modules while supporting and developing junior team members? * Strong client-facing skills with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction? * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly? * A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with the determination to drive issues through to resolution? * The ability to understand the wider business context and contribute to successful project outcomes?
