## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software development?, * Solid software development experience (in particular PHP), or strong, demonstrable ability if you're earlier in your career. Our work leans heavily on Laravel and PostgreSQL, with Vue, Svelte and other front-end work across the portfolio.

 * An interest in and aptitude for AI-assisted development tools, and a willingness to get good at using them well.
 * A genuine commitment to clean, maintainable code and sound engineering principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI), and a test-driven mindset.
 * The communication skills to work with clients and colleagues and explain technical things clearly.

Desirable

 * Infrastructure and DevOps experience (hosting, deployment tooling, CI/CD).
 * IoT or connected hardware experience.
 * Exposure to security compliance frameworks such as Cyber Essentials Plus.

## Description

This is a hands-on development role at the heart of how we deliver. You'll build software across our client and internal projects, working with modern AI-assisted workflows as a core part of the job rather than an afterthought. You'll have the support of experienced senior engineers, clear standards to work to, and genuine room to grow your skills and take on more over time.
