## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong analytical skills

 * Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
 * Sound IT skills to analyse, interpret and present data in an accessible format to end users.
 * Knowledge of utilising different analysis methods, software and tools (Power BI, SQL)
 * Sound understanding of data protection/GDPR

## Description

* Deliver cyclical and adhoc MI requirements and requests.
 * Provide comprehensive workforce metrics, profiling and analysis to enable decision making and performance improvement, including monthly HR dashboard and alignment with council wide systems.
 * Contribute to the production of complex reports and other analysis documents for key stakeholders.
 * Support for HR colleagues in the availability, use and interpretation of HR MI across all functions to support overall effectiveness.
 * Deliver responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and Subject Access Requests (SAR) in line with council policy and legislative requirements, working with appropriate stakeholders as required.
