## About the Role

Do you have experience in SolidWorks?, * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

 * Strong SolidWorks skills (EPDM Vault experience advantageous)
 * Good understanding of pneumatic systems
 * Industry knowledge of Packaging, End of line production, FMCG Manufacturing
 * Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively

## Description

Our client are looking for an established Design Engineer who will take ownership of machine design projects from concept through to manufacture, supporting customer projects, product development, R&D, and continuous improvement initiatives., * Design and develop machinery for manufacture using SolidWorks

 * Produce build manuals, user manuals, testing and statutory documentation
 * Support R&D and cost reduction projects
 * Carry out equipment testing, occasionally with customers present
 * Work closely with Mechanical Design and Control & Automation Engineers
