You should be confident managing your own workload and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You'll ideally have experience with: * Supporting Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and VPN access * Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID * Virtualised environments (VMware or Hyper-V) * Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy * Troubleshooting networking issues (DNS, DHCP, connectivity) * Applying security best practices, including patching and vulnerability management * Backup and disaster recovery solutions * End-user device deployment and support * Working with external IT providers or managed service partners Experience within a professional services environment (such as legal services) would be beneficial but not essential. Additional Desirable Skills * A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between office locations or to third-party sites when required ## Description We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our in-house IT team. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day delivery of IT services across the firm while also contributing to infrastructure improvements and ongoing projects. You will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and fit for purpose, while providing a high standard of support to staff across all departments.
