## About the Role

## Description

Mission
Support the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, helping optimize business processes and enhance collaboration across the organization while building technical expertise within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and enhancement of applications using Power Apps.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated workflows with Power Automate.
Help manage and maintain SharePoint sites, data, and user permissions.
Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving application issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for existing digital solutions.
Support user training and adoption activities across the Optima Solutions team.
