## Description

* Leading the design and development of complex mobile features in our React Native app
 * Taking technical ownership of solutions, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability
 * Championing engineering best practices across code quality, testing, accessibility and security
 * Guiding architecture and design decisions within your squad
 * Writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Maestro)
 * Collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering teams to deliver seamless app experiences
 * Proactively identifying risks and supporting smooth, predictable delivery
 * Mentoring and coaching developers, fostering capability and knowledge sharing
