## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Time management?, * Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms - essential

 * Design of Fire Alarms with complex cause and effect and networking - beneficial
 * Technical knowledge of Security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms - essential
 * Technical knowledge of IP systems - beneficial
 * Microsoft PC computer literacy - essential
 * Excellent Communicator
 * FIA or other Fire Design qualifications - beneficial
 * Driving Licence - essential

## Description

* Full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week.
 * Project Management from order to completion - to deliver projects at a high quality, in compliance with the relevant standards, on time and within budget.
 * Manage and be responsible for engineering teams and subcontractors.
 * Adherence to H+S rules and preparation of RAMS.
 * Completion of O+M Manuals and Certificates.
 * Providing costs for additional work within current projects.
 * Purchasing of equipment.
 * Correspondence and Emails and Meetings associated with the projects to ensure customer satisfaction and control of the project.
 * Labour management to ensure completion with demanding timescales.
 * Liaising with Directors, Management and Engineering Teams.
